In the middle of August, the new Kitchen was opened for operation and a huge thank you must go out to everyone who has been involved over the last year. In addition Scouts wishes to thank Barker-Mills for their very generous donation, without which the kitchen could not have been completed with the high quality fittings that we now have. The current plan is to have an official opening with Barker-Mills at some point in the Autumn School Term.
The camps throughout the summer were very successful, although Scouts finished their camp in August with very wet tents and equipment which many of you may have noticed in the HQ.
