Join a winning team!

We are a thriving Scout Group – one of the largest in Romsey District with around 140 young people and over 50 adult leaders and supporters.  Our fantastic volunteers make 21st a Group to be proud of.  With the adults’ support and enthusiasm we are able to provide each child with a fun and adventurous Scouting journey, giving them confidence and skills for life.

If you would like to help then please use our adult joining enquiries form.

We are always looking for additional people to join our team, helping to provide lasting memories for our young members.

You can do this in many ways:

  • By becoming an occasional helper which gives you a flexible way of providing support.
  • By becoming a leader and being a part of our weekly meetings in a more structured way.  Having a strong team shares the load and ensures sufficient leaders if some are ill or have other commitments .
  • By becoming a one of our “behind the scenes” supporters, perhaps as a trustee or helping with maintenance, fundraising, IT,  or administration.
  • You can also volunteer to help with the admin for a particular section, taking the pressure off the leaders.
  • Attending specific meetings to demonstrate a skill. This could be anything from craft, mechanical, circus, wood working or anything else that is interesting, educational and introduces a different experience to our young people.

Do More.Share More. Be More

If you are interested in any of these opportunities and would like to know more, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to explain in more detail!
