About 50 parents, leaders and supporters attended the Annual General Meeting to hear the annual report and accounts of the Group, and to elect the Executive Committee for the forthcoming year . The booklet of the reports is available in the members’ area of this site. Awards were also presented – one Chief Scout Bronze Award and Beaver/Cub/Scout of the Year medals to a deserving member of each section. A special mention of Terry Hamer, one of the members of our Executive Committee, who was presented with the national Scouting Award for Merit, recognising his many years of service to Scouting in Romsey District.
