Cub Scouts – Remote Badge work while sections are suspended

Date: 16th Mar 2020 Author: Scout Websites

Dear all,

As you would have seen from previous emails that have been circulated this evening that ALL Scouting events and meetings have been suspended until further notice. Unfortunately, this means that we will not be able to hold our weekly meetings.

However, you will find attached some Badge work the Cubs can be doing while at home. Please can I encourage the Cubs to look at this and give it ago. It would be absolutely wonderful to be able to award lots of badges when normal services resume.

Many Thanks,

Akela

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
