21st Romsey District & Open Sporter Competition Results Nov 2022
We would like to thank all of the Entrants for their participation and hope they enjoyed the competition. This was a trial event and running this as an annual event was dependent on entries. Perhaps next year we will include a 10m own rifle class.
The event this year was run with 5 lanes and a hospital lane, of which the hospital lane was needed in the last 2 details due to a whizzer malfunction.
The competition saw 55 entrants from around Hampshire and as far as Milton Keynes. We really do appreciate your support.
The results were very close and are detailed in the attachments below. Medals will be ordered this week and distribution of these will be arranged as soon as possible.
Well done to everyone we hope you enjoyed the competition and experience and we hope to see you next time.
All of the results will eventually make their way onto the GBR Shooting Stats website http://gbrshootingstats.uk where you can track your results from this competition, the camelot postal competition of which details were handed out. Qualified Instructors/Leaders from other groups can request access to the site to be able to record any training statistics as applicable via Roger Monksummers (there is a link on the website for this) to be able to record their shooters activities and progress in any of the shooting disciplines.
Thank you all again. Any feedback is welcome.
